Conservation Volunteers

Burrenbeo Conservation Volunteers 
The Burrenbeo Conservation Volunteers were out with Biodiversity Officer, Shane Casey on the Saturday  repairing stone walls around Blackhead that had been damaged by visitor impacts. A  lovely morning was had by all repairing the stone walls. The sun shone and the volunteers worked hard fixing and repairing many gaps in the walls.

Thankfully the day was bright  with only  one small shower at  lunch time. In the glorioius and unexpected sunshine, some volunteers even have managed to get  a touch of sunburn!
