The Burrenbeo Trust winter talk series continues into the new year!  This January, we welcome  Paddy Sleeman, who has a fantastic insight on mammals.  This talk will be held in Tubber Village Hall, just .5km north of Tubber. 'Ireland's Wild Mammals with special reference to Burren populations'  with Paddy Sleeman

Paddy Sleeman was a regularat the Burren Wildlife Symposia and completed  his PhD on Irish stoats. Paddy has researched and worked with TB in badgers for over twenty years and helped with the development of a vaccine for badgers. Paddy has also researched past episodes of rabies in Ireland and Britain has been involved in ecological re-construction projects in Africa and Madagascar.
